Didn't track. Really angry because using another website would have been cheaper if I'd known I wouldn't get cash back. Put in enquiry and still nothing four months later, have had items with other retailers that haven't tracked initially but an enquiry has resolved this so think it's this company. Thumbs down.

Very disappointing, took out a subscription paying by Direct Debit over a year ago and still no sign of the cashback even after all the information has been provided! Wouldnt use them again

Very poor tracking. About half of orders don't track and then they ignore claims for this. Having used them for some years things are not improving. I wonder if the bigger the claim the less likely it is to be honoured?

Tracked quickly, but very poor customer service - they didn't send any contact details with the invoice, just the official subscription company's tel details. When I phoned them they'd never heard of me! The company haven't returned my emails although I did get an acknowledgement, so i have no idea when my magazine will arrive. At least they still haven't collected the subscription fee either, so I might be lucky. Not holding out much hope though. :(
