So I love Lovehoney. I love their products, their customer service is very good, delivery is fast and discreet and their cashback rate is just phenomenal. I have, however, had some issues with cashback not tracking, even after a year of claims and nudges. I've had cashback track in an hour, in 3 months, and not at all. They're still a great retailer. You pays your money and you takes your choice!

Am I the only user who's had problems? Still waiting for cashback from a year ago, never had a claim track faster than 2 months. Love the retailer so cashback is a bonus, but still, look after your customers...
