	Bought 3 times with LookFantastic but…. They only honoured me for the first time purchase…. Havent heard from them for the second and third time purchases. Should have purchased from other retailers!!!

	Favourite for all things beauty! Not only do I get all my beauty faves here at good prices, they also always have great discounts codes and high cash back, which always comes through quicker than any other retailer I use. I recommend to everyone!

	They won't honour the cashback amount Had purchased through them, cashback advertised at 15%, this was all properly recorded through Top cashback. A week or so later, the merchant reduced the value by a factor of 10, so it went from £15 to £1.50. Raised as issue with Top cashback, the merchant responded with "The correct amount has been applied", without honouring the original amount. Avoid if you can.

	50/50 chance you can get the cashback Brough couples of times via Topcashback with Lookfantastic. It is a 50/50 chance you can get a cashback. Especially during peak festival season like Black Friday. The chance your purchase is being successfully recorded is lower than 50%.

	Cashback Refused I purchased expensive body cream from them and could have used a voucher code or an increased cashback rate. I chose the increased cashback rate and didn't use a voucher. Unfortunately they declined my expected cashback for absolutely no clear reason. I was absolutely furious and will never use Lookfantastic ever again. They have lost an extremely loyal customer.

	Declines cashback Beware, if your order does not track and you need to raise a claim, retailer will decline….funny how when there’s an exclusive rate of 20% cashback, purchase doesn’t track and retailer “solidly refuses” to payout and confirm purchase was made via TopCashback. Don’t bother if you’re banking on the cash back, if it’s cheaper elsewhere with a discount code, not taking into account cash back (it’s a bonus after all, not a guarantee), definitely consider going elsewhere!

	Black Friday offer not tracked 20% obviously too good to be true Despite being extra careful about purchasing directly/immediately after click through from TCB and taking screen shots at every stage, Lookfantastic have still declined my cashback. It appears this has happened to others for this offer. If there is a great offer I suggest you find an alternative that gives a guaranteed discount at time of purchase rather than taking the risk that Lookfantastic will just arbitrarily reject.

	Surprise Surprise, cashback not tracked and they are now refusing to pay Black Friday purchase which did not track. It was a large order and the cashback should have been around £50. I had a feeling it was going to be an issue and surprise surprise, it was. A missing cashback claim was made and they (or Top Cashback) are refusing to pay. Usual rubbish feedback from Top Cashback about clearing cookies etc, which is farcical as a smaller transaction with ASOS, made straight after this one tracked and has been confirmed. That was only £2 cashback though....... Retailers who do not pay out should be removed from the site and reviews should be "newest first" not highest ratings first!!

	Always issues Always seems to be an issue with this retailer. Almost every order i have to put in a missing claim, i have no issues with other retailers. When the cashback is confirmed it's never as high as you expect it to be.

	Products great value and arrived quickly. Made 3 separate purchases 2 paid Cashback paid on one so far, one is pending and still waiting for my Black Friday purchase to show on my cashback account, it has not tracked at all, despite one of my purchases after Black Friday pending payment. I hope this will be resolved soon.
