	£95 spent - Declined cashback. Spent £95 here, they declined my cashback, after submitting a claim and following a long drawn out process eventually TCB submitted my claim to LookFantastic in April 2025. Today I have an update 10 months later form them saying cashback is declined with no reasons. Last time I show here.

	Fabulous, great cash back paid really fast. Items excellent came super fast Paid out super fast, excellent customer service and delivery was so quick. Some other retailers (Sainsbury's Pet Insurance) need to take a leaf out of this retailers book! Will definitely use them again.

	Surprise surprise cash back didn’t track again I predicted as soon as I saw the 20% cash back offer, that the purchase wouldn’t track and it hasn’t. I am not going to even bother requesting it as all I will get is the same run around about clearing the cache AGAIN. Sad when you can actually predict when they will screw you over ??
