	Don't bother My mistake for not reading reviews prior to my purchase. Never paid, tracked ok, and then just declined, without explanation. Waste of time, do not use.

	Never Payout! After reading all the reviews online I was sceptical about ordering but thought I'll give it a go... everyone else was correct - they never payout so it's a waste of time going through cashback

	Dont bother, they won’t pay out! Please don’t even waste your time buying from this retailer through top cash back! I read all the negative reviews, so I was dubious as to whether I would actually get any cash back, turns out I was right! I bought 2 suitcases back in April! I waited this long ( July) to find out that the retailer won’t be paying out on my cash back claim for very dubious reasons! Truth is you will never actually get cash back when buying from this retailer, just as very one else had said! They sell great suit cases, but they clearly don’t pay out on cash back claims……..ever! Don’t waste your time please.

	Scam As others have said. Don't expect to get cashback as never tracks and always declined. Should be removed as just false advertising

	They did it again It would seem judging by the reviews here, that this is a common practice by itluggage. They use topcashback to attract customers, then once they have the sale they decline to payout the offer. Its about time they were removed from topcashback.

	Didn’t pay out My claim my declined as IT luggage said my order number didn’t exist. I double checked the number I’d submitted and it was the exact number that was on my email confirmation.

	Declined on shaky reasoning. Several months after making a purchase from it Luggage, the cashback was declined. It appears to be the same story as other users. They use very vague and shaky grounds to decline when I am sure that the only T&C on their TCB page was met.

	Rejected claim on vaguest terms Would only give the reason that terms & conditions weren't met and topcashback couldn't do anything further.

	Never got the cashback I was informed by topcashback customer service, that itluggage changed their tracking system and that's why the cashback was rejected and they can't follow my claim for a cash back.
