I was told the T&Cs were unmet after lodging the untracked purchase in April. And there was nothing TCB could do????

Rejected claim on vaguest terms
Would only give the reason that terms & conditions weren't met and topcashback couldn't do anything further.

Never got the cashback
I was informed by topcashback customer service, that itluggage changed their tracking system and that's why the cashback was rejected and they can't follow my claim for a cash back.
