Only just received my cashback outstanding since purchase was made in October 2017. Don't consider this being a "Faster payment" when it takes 4 months. This part of your excellent service lets you down.

Shoes arrived quickly, and cashback tracked quickly too. However, the amount payable dropped for some random reason. It tracked, and was confirmed as £3.00, but when it became 'payable' it dropped to £0.14! I put in a claim but this was declined by the retailer without any sensible explanation. I won't be using this retailer again!

Great products and service, but my purchase did not track. TCB attempted to resolve, but the merchant alleged the transaction could not be traced, despite my provision of the correct order reference. Meh!

Cash back tracked immediately and is now confirmed which is fantastic, but still no shoes, three weeks after ordering, and no update from Hotter. I have had their shoes before which were lovely, that's why I went back and the cash back is a bonus, BUT delivery is sooooo slow.... I'm seriously thinking of cancelling the order now.

No promised cashback.
I have always received the promised cashback from hotter. On this occasion non was received even though all the qualifying terms were met. I always vote with my feet so I am now a Disappointed ex customer.

I spent £114 in Dec 18, and £132 in June 2019 and haven't had cashback. I provided all of the order numbers but still no payout. Shame because I like their footwear.

Disappointed with cash back being refused as they packed the wrong shoes and had to return them for the correct ones. This meant my cash back was declined although I bought all the shoes I ordered.
