I bought a pair of boots on January 29th 2012 and the cashback tracked on January 30th.Cashback should have been paid on March 28th but the cashback still has not moved from 'pending'. I love Hotter's footwear and it would have been great to get some cashback as well but at the moment it does not look as if that is going to happen :(

Not impressed to find none of the three advertised (and supposedly currently available) discount codes worked. Hotter shoes firstly say they offer none of the discounts on their clearance shoes (not stated, of course). But, their codes are not even working on full price shoes! Hence, I would have to phone them to order - as numerous other reviewees point out, this would eliminate any cashback! Seems like Topcashback are being duped here!

I have bought twice from this retailer, both times from clearance stock heavily reduced in price, and on both occasions my credit card was declined, meaning I had to phone and it was suggested I buy over the phone - hence no cashback. Each time there was no problem with my credit card, which makes me think they deliberately try to avoid paying cashback, perhaps only on clearance stock. There was also problem where a pair of shoes I wanted to order, and which was visible on the website, could only be ordered by telephone. I suggested this should be made clear on the website and was told it would be sorted out, but one week later there has been no change. Also no shoes received. I would have to have a very good reason to use this site again.

Still nothing, 3 weeks down the line, shoes haven't even been dispatched from the warehouse and no cashback either. I won't be buying again from this retailer.

Cashback is showing but discount code was not accepted. Goods came in separate parcels, one by Royal Mail and another by Home Delivery Service. No mention of how long they would take to arrive hence a lot of confusion of being in when they were all delivered and not knowing how long they would take to come, when a simple Email to say when they were despatched would have helped immensely. As it was the Royal Mail parcel came without a problem as the postman left it in a safe place but the Home Delivery parcel was returned to depot as a signature was required and I spent time rearranging delivery and waiting in all day for the parcel to be redelivered and signed for.
