Declined £265.20 for a no refundable hotel booking, therefore, the amount had obviously been paid. No reason or explanation was given. Very poor by Hotels.com and their agent topcashback.

Rates are 3.2% higher (on my booking) vs. going direct. Why not go direct for less risk? Why don't they decrease cash back rates? To remain competitive they are resorting to dishonesty.

Payout is slow and I have a declined transaction that is very difficult to track back and query. I suspect it is related to a hotel stay where the hotel tried to add the commission paid to hotels.com to my account. Having said that I have iused hotels.com quite a bit and received substantial cash back (eventually)
