Spent £6000 in Hotels.com, clicked through Topcashback, cashback was meant to be close to £700, it did not track, and when queried they refused it - abysmal user experience :(

Too many incidents of missing cash back claims: have had to lodge a number of claims against this merchant the last of which has just been declined. I have another outstanding from last year. I always make sure to go back to the TCB website before completing a transaction and am really disappointed with the problems that keep arising.
