	Incorrect cashback I have been getting incorrect cashback amounts from hotel.com which is very frustrating. I got given 2% instead of 11% when I made bookings for the next month. I now have to log claims on this website which is very time-consuming. I hope they will fix this problem soon.

	Inconsistent I find the cashback and % are applied inconsistently by hotels.com if often have to challenge the % they apply. Also most transactions track automatically when they happen (screwfix, trainline for eg) Hotels.com do not which is frustrating and seems like a way of them avoiding paying!

	Took a year of chasing to get my cashbacl My cashback registered the wrong % amount and it has taken a whole year to get the correct amount paid. I can't fault Topcashback as they have worked hard to get the correct money back for me. But with the new rules coming in for Hotels.com I will have to think carefully before using them again.

	Slow Payout and Tracks at Wrong Rate Most Times Usually there's an offer like "11% on Stays from the following month, 2% for stays this month" - no matter when you stay it will track at the lower rate and you need to raise a ticket. If and when the payment is confirmed it will take 6 to 12 months (if ever) to payout.

	Very slow at acknowledging purchase and then use the wrong reward rate Have booked many times Hotels .com through topcashback and very few transactions actually comeback with the correct amount of money and nothing can be done apparently. I only use them as my company is paying and anything I get is a bonus.

	Fair but Commission at 10 per cent elusive for me I have always got my commision at the lower rates, but excuses a plenty when trying to claim the 10 per cent rate. Not got one yet at 10 ! , some excuses i don't believe, as i had booked hotels in same way as the others.

	A great TCB merchant Use this booking site a lot, and TCB offers great cashback rates. Rarely a problem with the tracking. Have been using for years and will continue to do so.

	Inconsistent This last week I have made three purchases through Hotels.com on here. Advertised at 11%, 11% and 12% respectively. The amounts reflected in my account are more like 2%. Feels a bit of a con. And I double checked - there was no reason, datewise or anything that the amount shouldn't be honoured. Sometimes you get the amount they offer, sometimes you don't. It's all a bit poor.

	Don't pay out within timescale shown on dashboard Don't get me wrong - the site is easy to use and I often find hotels that aren't on other booking sites and at good prices, so I often use Hotels.com for work related travel. That said, it can take well over the dashboard timescale to get paid out. I've had things sit pending for over 6 months before going through plus one or two others "declined" despite the stay having taken place and payment made to the hotelier. I have raised this with Topcashback before but it appears there's little they can do to encourage the organisation to honour the terms of discount offered.

	Hotels.com This retailer can offer up to 12% cash back on certain stays, but rarely tracks correctly. I find that almost every transaction pays at 2%, you then have to log a claim for the missing cashback. OK, but not great.

	RIAT Topcashback say that reservations from July onwards will attarct cash back of 'up to 10%', 3 reservations made £51.75 cashback £1.03;;£39.75/£0.79;;£50.00/£1.00 NOT impressed, and off course you cannot contact a 'person' at Topcashback. Probably not worth the hassle of having a memebership. Extremely poor-very amusing header to this page 'tell everyone how easy it is to earn cashback', very funny!

	Hotels.com is defaulting on cashbacks I made reservations in Nov/22 for stays in Feb/23, check out date was already 4 months ago. Cashbacks still are not payable and I keep on waiting. I have more than 1.000 Pounds to receive from Hotels.com with no estimate. They also tracked a 2% cashback, when the expected cashback was 11%. Do not be lured by the cashbacks rates 10-15%, it is not worth the headache.

	Hit and miss First couple of transactions I had with Hotels.com were fine, tracked at the right amount and were paid fairly quickly. Then I had another 3 x separate transactions all track at the wrong amount. They are currently in dispute and will probably take months to be resolved. Wouldn't mind if TCB and Hotels.com could sort it out between them quickly. Frustrating that issues like this take so long to be sorted, especially when I cuold have gone through another merchant for these transactions and not had any issues.

	Very very long wait Took nearly 10 months from finishing my holiday to get my £250+ cashback from Hotels.com. Chased numerous times and have no idea why it took so long. Really disappointed, as in the past it has always been paid within a few weeks of getting back home.
