Absolutely woeful, I've had transaction after transaction go untracked and then claims declined for no good reason at all. About to start another round of missed cashback claims, let's see whether anybody bothers this time.

Overall very good. However, I am still waiting for cash back from June due to them paying me incorrectly and not happy at the protracted length of time it is taking to resolve. Come on Hotels.com you need to resolve this now!
