Have used Hotels.com on several occasions now through topcsahback and they have always been prompt payers. Consistant with the percentage back and you can still take advantage of the reward scheme run by Hotels.com.

Had a bit of a wait for cashback to track as had booked accommodation 8 months in advance and didn't track after I completed the online transaction.Then had to wait another month after I stayed in my hotel for cashback to appear.
