Hotels.com have not paid cashback although Topcashback showed it as tracked. This has happened a year ago on a purchase made on the computer and now it's happening again on a booking made on my smart phone. Very unprofessional and rather rude response as well when I contacted the customer service. Not happy.

Cash back amount doesn't equate to full spend amount. Not sure how its worked out but I spent nearly £300 more than the amount eligible for the cash back

Very bad in there payout periods seem to takes much longer than other sites like this certainly wont use them again.

In all 3 of my transactions with hotels.com in 2016, I did not receive the correct amount of cashback. Instead of getting the amount for bookings via mobile device, I received 3 percent less than what was promised. They were smooth in paying the reduced amount cashback though, so that was good, but still disappointing when you don't get the 3 percent extra that you should be getting - for ALL three transactions!

Cashback claimed automatically by using the link from Topcashback to Hotels.com. Cashback appeared in my account quite promptly. You have to ask why wouldn't you use Topcashback.
