	No cashback through app I've received cashback from Hotels before, but the last two times it has been declined. The only reason I can think of is due to me booking via their app for these two times, as other times have been via the website, even though TopCashback say app purchases are allowed. If you want to minimise the chance of being declined steer clear of booking via the app

	20% cashback refused for legimate purchase I booked a hotel via a 20% cashback promotion ensuring I followed all guidelines and cashback has been refused as: "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase" but this just isn't true. Topcashback are being no help with it at all.. I've never had an issue with Expedia, this was my first time booking with hotels.com and it will be my last

	Cashback refused for legitimate purchase Hotels.com refused to payout, claiming that the purchase was not made from a TopCashback referral. But I had made the booking via TopCashback and had accepted all cookies. This is not the first time this has happened to me using Hotels.com. Will go elsewhere in future.

	Too long! 12 weeks to receive the cash back is ridiculous. Why does it take that long? Surely once the stay has happened and been paid for, the cash should be paid immediately!

	Great experience I booked my hotel with hotels.com. It was easy and I got a good price for my stay. Getting cashback is definitely an extra bonus as it's always nice to get some savings.

	always using hotels.com with TopCashback service always using Hotels.com with TopCashback service. Cashback is available shortly after the trip is completed. Sometimes can catch offers with 20%, usualy 10%.
