	Total waste of time and money... Bought a car seat for just over £93... Transaction didn't track so I had to fill missing claim. When tcb chased up a transaction then after couple of weeks it moved to payable as 0.00. I will never buy from halfords again!!!!

	Tracked but went straight to £0 to be paid. TCB chased up for me. Confirmed about a month later. Lets see if they pay up!

	Purchased top of the range Sat Nav well over £250. Halfords rejected Cashback no reason. Submitted again and still rejected. That's the last time I will be shopping at Halfords.

	Personally I have had appaling service for the first and only time I brought an item with cashback from Halfords (reserve and collect), and as a consequence will not be darkening their doorstep again. I have had to claim to get the cashback to even appear, and then they paid me 0.00, and have declined my further claim as they had the previous order number already associated with a claim (yep the one to get them to acknowledge the purchase) From a personal point of view I would rather crawl on hot coals than recommend them to friends.

	Really pleased with the Britax car seat, which is well padded so my little granddaughter has a comfortable ride. It arrived on the agreed date and I was contacted by the local Halfords store to let me know it was ready for collection. The sales assistant who fitted it into the car was polite and could not have been more helpful.

	Order item for store pick up. Cashback tracked then was set to zero . TCB investigated cashback reappeared then disappeared again - never to be seen.

	Don't bother I went through top cash back for a click and reserve cash back request. I purchased 2 items and went the same day to pick them up. The items didn't track. I opened a query. The items initially showed up but then were taken away again. After a further query I've been told halfords have rejected the request. I obeyed the terms and conditions of the cashback. I've used top cash back regularly.

	1st time with this merchant and all went well. I used their click & collect option and the shop phoned me when my order was ready to collect which was 10 minutes after I ordered it. Very good service Halfords.

	Absolutely Rubbish.....bought a mountain bike through Halfords reserve and collect service expecting £7.50 cashback and after having to manually claim the cashback it was then rejected....I would not recommend using the halfords website if you are expecting any sort of cashback.....poor show halfords!!!

	I used the reserve and collect type of cashback, it tracks and works okay. Halfords sign it off when you pay which may have something to do with it but I think the first time I used this the cashback was showing before I collected the item. Anway if you are thinking of shopping there always worth bagging some free cash and letting them wander round the store for you. Some collection points are not always manned though so be prepared for this, then when you have the goods you have to go to the checkout to pay as collect desk is just that.

	Halfords took ages to make the payment around two months. Product was ready for collection the day after I ordered it. So product and Halfords in store service - good - their cash back - poor

	Bought a socket set at half price down to £60, ordered and reserved to collect at my local store. Received 6% cashback or so. Ended up buying another £40 worth of offers at the store for which I couldn't claim cashback but was glad to get the offers anyway. All good except when I went to the store my order was not ready for collection and I had to wait a little over ten minutes while they found it. Would have been quicker to grab one off the shelf. This is an individual store thing, not halfords/topcashback website. The socket set has a lifetime guarantee and so far has proved to be very useful and well made.

	Very quick tracking. I was going to Halfords anyway, so ordering online using reserve and collect facility was handy. The payment was made in couple of months. Good service from both topCashback and Halfords.
