	Do not trust this company! I have had a very bad experience with halfords, who were so unprofessional and discourteous that I would never recommend them to anyone. I bought a bike from the bikehut division, using the reserve & collect from store. They never paid out and I complained using topcashback to submit the complaint. The original cashback they owed was £26.00, but after complaining they offered 78p I was astonished to say the least. After further complaints that this was a miscalculation, halfords refused to acknowledge the sale as valid, even though I produced receipts, credit card statements, actual time of purchase/ordering, etc. I will never use halfords again. The branch I actually bought the bike from was Guildford branch, and I must say, the staff there were completely useless, when i arrived, they were not even aware that an order had been made. Please think carefully about trusting halfords to pay your cashback.

	"reserve n collect" ready in store notifications but none left for me when I got there. Told me to go to another outlet but they didnt have the item either!

	Very slow Cash Back and most purchases have to be requested. Slow to confirm and pay out. Could do better Halfords.

	If you are buying through Halfords for cash back - DO NOT USE their reserve and collect service as the cashback DOES NOT track and you end up wasting months trying to resolve it. I purchased a bike for my dad for christmas - it cost £299 expecting cashback of £15 - they originally confirmed a transaction amount of £15 which was the amount of cashback I was expecting and they have now DECLINED the cashback altogether. Disappointing from a high street retailer and I won't be buying from them again. Terrible service Halfords.

	Purchased item in Jan 2011 and still awaiting cashback. It was confirmed ages ago but no cash yet. VERY VERY SLOW, begining to wonder if I will ever get anything!!!

	I reserved a couple of items and went into the shop to collect them. Unfortunately one of the items were out of stock but they never bothered to give me a call....I went with a replacement and was happy with that. Tracks overnight and still waiting for it to be confirmed for the last few weeks

	Was thrown a bit of a curve ball from the Exeter division as it turned out they hadn't got the goods we required, but had them mentioned on the website. This was efficiently sorted out by the Exmouth division.

	I reserved online and picked up the next day but am still fighting my cashback claim as twice Halfords have put it at £0, terrible cashback service from Halfords!!

	Excellent service from the Washington Branch,even got a phone call for the reserved item from a member of staff same day stating the item was ready to be picked up,cannot fault service in any way.

	Reserved item online, product was taken off of shop floor when went to pick up, so not quite sure what would have happened if it had been sold in advance. Cashier did not seem to know what to do with online order, not very impressed!
