3 transactions all tracked quickly. Then, after a month or two, went to payable as 0.00. Raised missing claims enquiry but months later none have been resolved. I know of at least one other person who has had similar problems which were never resolved. Raising a claim is pointless as TCB are toothless against retailers that dont pay If your transaction has tracked, keep your fingers crossed it actually gets paid out.

tracks quickly but i know from experience very slow to pay - however it does get there. online beats shopping in halfords stores where the assistants know nothing about anything and obviously couldnt care less either.

REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. BOUGHT A MOUNTAIN BIKE FOR MY DAD FOR CHRISTMAS - HALFORDS DID NOT REPORT CASHBACK THEN EVENTUALLY DID REPORT THE TRANSACTION AS THE ACTUAL CASHBACK AMOUNT AND NOT THE PURCHASE VALUE AND NOW AFTER OVER 2 MONTHS MY CASHBACK HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AS ZERO. TOP CASHBACK ARE TRYING TO SORT THIS FOR ME BUT I DON'T THINK HALFORDS ARE VERY FORTHCOMING! WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AS MISSED OUT ON £15 WHICH IS ANNOYING.

DO NOT USE HALFORDS. Not only do they not bother to pay the cashback you are owed, they are also a terrible company to deal with. I waited for 20 minutes to be served, they then spent 25 minutes looking for the bike I had ordered, they then told me they had sold my bike to someone else and told me to come back the next day to sort it out when the manager was in. He then offered me a similar bike (it was this alteration which cost me my cashback) and I then had to wait another 45 minutes while they fiddled with the bike and I never received any apology for the delays or the fact that I did not receive the product I wanted. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE BROUGHT ON OCCASION, BUT AS FOR RESERVING THINGS , ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THERE ISN'T ANY WHEN I COME TO PICK UP. NO NOTIFICATION (TEXT/EMAIL) THAT ITEM WAS NOT TO BE FOUND, EVEN THOUGH THAT IS PROMISED ON THE WEBSITE. :-(
