	Still waiting for cashback on several purchases one nearly a year old

	Poor. Purchase made December 2012. Taken nearly 2 years to tell me the ordered was cancelled, even though it wasn't. The fact Halfords fitted the device to my car and providing them with the receipt was clearly not enough confirmation for them.

	Ordered bike on 5th July 2014, cashback tracked very quick, after reading other reviews did not think that the cash back would become payable. Checked my account 2 days ago and was surprised to see it had gone to payable.

	Used click and collect to order myself and the girlfriend a cycle helmet each. Drove to the store the next day after the requested pickup time to make sure items were in store. Staff could not find my girlfriend's helmet, turns out it was never sent, they let me pick a different one from the selection in their store. Not much good when I had already chosen one online and told it would be there. Cashback declined around 4 months later.

	Reserved online and collected in store. Cashback tracked but then declined even when evidence of reciept presented. Will NEVER buy from Halfords ever again.

	Dreadful. Bought bike online to collect in store. Discovered it was the shop floor one and no one had told me. Had no choice but to take. 2 years on still trying to fix dodgy brakes- took to bike shop who said the wheel was dodgy. Cashback rejected with them saying the order was cancelled.

	Beware - I bought a cycle helmet at £80 with 'collect in store' and did not get cashback. No idea why, as everything tracked and displayed correctly and was paid for at the time of collection.

	Tracked quickly in May 2013. Confirmed soon after but still not paid 9 months later. No further comment. Nice bike though. For cashback proceed with caution.

	Although the amount is under £5, Halfords have neglected to pay the amount since my TomTom purchase last year. It just sits there in "Confirmed" as it has since last May. It probably wouldn't have made a difference as to where I purchased from as the price of the item was very competitive at the time. However, when next I look to buy something of that ilk, Halfords will be down the food-chain somewhat.

	Purchased bike in May 2013. No cashback tracked. Lodged missing claim. No response despite several nudges. On 17th Jan 2014 their response to the Cashback team - INCORRECT ORDER ID. Very clever, very deceitful and completely ungenuine. Needless to say they have lost my business for the future!

	They say my purchase didn't exist for cash back purposes. I think it is because I bought extra products while in store so it didn't match up perfectly. Infuriating that they penalise you for spending more!

	Ordered a Halfords Professional toolkit back in June 2013 and cashback didn't track. Lodged a missing cashback claim that has been dormant now for 6 months with no response from either TCB or Halfords. Just says 'waiting for merchant' which it has said for the last 6 months. Have given up ever seeing this cashback and doubt I'd bother using them again. Certainly living up to their nickname of Halfrauds

	if you expect any cashback from Halfords, don't waste your time, ive made a few purchases through topcashback but ive never received any cashback, always being 'declined by merchant' they shouldn't be listed as giving cashback as they clearly refuse to.
