Declined Cashback
Have used several times over the years and EVERY TIME they decline cashback, reason for using them and not someone else was solely to receive 4% cashback. Not sure how they are allowed to get away with it by Topcashback.

Even orders that are not refunded or exchanged get declined. Don’t bother with this company for cash back.

Refused to Pay Cashback
Declined my cashback, so raised a claim. After some time they still refused to pay despite being tracked etc.
As shame really as they have lost a new customer over £1.80 .... very shortsighted!
