	Declined for no reason Looking at the reviews clearly this retailer doesn't honour the cashback advertised. As much as they are obviously terrible I blame Top cash back more for not removing these unscrupulous traders. Shame on you top cash back.

	Declined every time As others have said the cashback initially tracks, but then it is later declined. This happens every single time. Several claims currently open, hopefully will be paid eventually. Very frustrating.

	Declined cashback Prices are very good but disappointed ,As other customers said they declined the cashback . I was a new customer ,didn't use any vouchers and the cashback was tracked immediately but suddenly it has been declined. Not very happy about it.

	Declined Cashback Have used several times over the years and EVERY TIME they decline cashback, reason for using them and not someone else was solely to receive 4% cashback. Not sure how they are allowed to get away with it by Topcashback.

	Declines Every Time Even orders that are not refunded or exchanged get declined. Don’t bother with this company for cash back.

	Refused to Pay Cashback Declined my cashback, so raised a claim. After some time they still refused to pay despite being tracked etc. As shame really as they have lost a new customer over £1.80 .... very shortsighted!
