Very unhappy about how they pay cashback, you but 50 items but they only pay cash back on a single item, I don't shop here any more

This is the second time I haven't received the cashback which was stated when I made my purchase. I followed up on numerous occasions for the first purchase with no success so I thought I'd have a second try. Same problem and I'm not wasting time dragging it out. Just won't use this retailer again.

Best I've ever bought, son works as a door supervisioner so needs comfortable, reinforced, slip-resistant hardwearing and waterproof boots, well worth the price.
