	Doesn't track Used for car insurance and motorbike insurance on different occasions and neither tracked. My missing cashback claim was rejected for both. Used confused.com many times over the years and it always tracks and pays eventually no problem.

	Cashback paid! Was a bit worried as 3 separate quotes appeared as "tracked" and never changed. Then suddenly, and before the estimated date, the correct one showed paid. Very happy

	No cashback for two car insurance purchases No cashback from this company twice! so won't use them again sadly.

	Declined cashback - no communication Originally took out motor insurance policy, tracked as normal, then claim 'went on ice' via retailer. Nothing heard since, just closed the claim, appalling.

	Don't Bother I wouldn’t waste your time using TCB for this. They told me the policy number didn’t match, which feels like an excuse. After reading plenty of other reviews, it seems either Go.Compare pass the blame or TCB find reasons not to pay out.

	Brilliant customer service Bought my car insurance with Tesco using GO COMPARE via TOP CASHBACK. Fabulous experience from start to finish and just received £50 Cashback. What’s not to like? 5 stars all round.

	Cashback claimed successfully, eventually! Cashback finally paid , nearly 5 months after original purchase date. Raised a ticket with topcashback after 3 months and was informed that they would chase, which they did always keeping me fully informed.

	Always use GoCompare I always find GoCompare verycompetetive and have used them for years. the cashback this time had to be chased up but did come in. I have never had a delay in cashback before. Very pleased.

	WISH I'd read the Negative reviews Lesson learnt! Purchased New Car Insurance In November, 2025 and followed all the guidance and knew i'd most probably have to wait for 90 days before receiving cashback. I've since chased with TCB numerous times Now to be told I must wait for 180 days (double wait time) for even a decision to be made. Looks like it's going to be declined! AWFUL SERVICE FROM BOTH GO COMPARE AND TO SOME EXTENT TCB.

	Declined cashback. while I got the free excess cover Go.Compare, their click bait agency and or TCB don't want to payout. I made sure the purchase was a new quote. The visit was recorded and they declined. Someone somewhere is taking our cashback. Is there a contract we can take action on? TCB do your bit here.

	Cashback Declined The reason they gave for declining cashback was "Your order was not found in the purchases TopCashback referred." This is complete bs I have successfully used topcashback many times and always clear cookies, cache browsing data etc and never had a problem. Looking at recent reviews lots of people are being unfairly denied cashback by Go Compare.

	Unfairly Declined Used topcashback to refer to gocompare and then bought insurance through AA - did everything correctly, it didn't track so I made a claim but it got declined with a BS reason that I can't remember. today I friend said they got declined too so it's clearly a widespread issue especially after seeing these reviews. £40 I'm owed...

	Declined Rarely have issues with other retailers and a missing cashback claim always resolves. Used TCB to go directly to Go Compare, did the process from start to finish without interruption. Don't use any other cashback or affiliate websites for the cookies to not work. Cashback claim rejected.
