Don't bank on getting paid. Failed to track initially. Then after I submitted manual claim it showed up on my account, and I thought I was just waiting for it to become payable, however it has since been crossed out and replaced by a zero. Topcashback are being most helpful, but seeing as Gala also at first failed to pay my joining bonus - until I complained, it seems to me they just don't want to pay out and its a bit of a con. If you join - make sure it tracks and complain like mad about Gala if they don't pay up. Maybe they're just banking on people being complacent.

After opening a manual claim it did track, however it's now disappeared from my earnings and I've had to reopen the claim. I can't see why there would be a problem as it was a genuine claim.

cashback did not register. have had to submit manual claim which seems to be happening. will have to wait and see. no reason why it won't go through as it is a legitimate claim.

Took a couple of days longer than average to track but is fine.
I deposited £5 and when I got down to £1 Gala credited the account with £20. This is free from Gala but you can't withdraw it, only play with it. Confused me at first!
