Appalling. Waited 9 months for cashback to be paid.
Waited 9 months for cashback to be paid to my bank account, despite several complaints to Topcashback. I am grateful to Topcashback for finally paying me the £127 once the transaction was confirmed, although they hadn't actually received the money from Fred Olsen. I will now start pressing for another payout (£199) from Fred Olsen which has been owed since November (5 months).

Still waiting for my cashback
It’s nearly 3 months since I returned from my cruise and still no cashback received. I don’t know if this is typical. I actually enjoyed our cruise so much I booked another while on the ship, but it’s annoying that they haven’t paid out.
