A tad frustrating!
It seems as though there is a theme going here !……
I would certainly recommend Fred Olsen for holidays but NOT for cashback……and I thought my 16 weeks was a long time to wait …..seems I was lucky considering some are still waiting !
Have to say Topcash were very helpful and prompt in there responses to my complaint, but would I go through Topcash again if I book another Fred Olsen Cruise I’m not so sure reading the reviews .

Longest wait ever
Although I can recommend this company for their holidays, it is the opposite when it comes to cashback, it took a year. I am sure if it had not been for my and TopCashbacks persistence we would still be waiting for eternity.

13 weeks and counting..
It is now 13 weeks since the end of the cruise and I am still waiting for the cashback. Support tickets did not help, as TopCashback are waiting for the money from Fred Olsen themselves :-(

Appalling. Waited 9 months for cashback to be paid.
Waited 9 months for cashback to be paid to my bank account, despite several complaints to Topcashback. I am grateful to Topcashback for finally paying me the £127 once the transaction was confirmed, although they hadn't actually received the money from Fred Olsen. I will now start pressing for another payout (£199) from Fred Olsen which has been owed since November (5 months).

Still waiting for my cashback
It’s nearly 3 months since I returned from my cruise and still no cashback received. I don’t know if this is typical. I actually enjoyed our cruise so much I booked another while on the ship, but it’s annoying that they haven’t paid out.
