4th attempt to get success
Perplexed. I make purchases from Transpennine Express via Topcashback who know and say they can see the purchase. But TP claim, so far, that it has not been purchased via them. So need to raise tickets on all the missing purchases. Following instructions on Topcashback tips now to use Chrome as the browser and not have any other tabs open. Let's see...try again.

Never Tracks
I have lost count of the amount of missing cashback claims I have made for this company. They're probably as bad keeping track of cashback as they are at keeping track of their trains.
I have now stopped using them and book my tickets through a different train company.

They claim the terms and conditions were not met...unless T&Cs include cashback is not permitted :-)

Refuse to give cashback even though all T&Cs met
TransPennine dragged out my cashback by ignoring my claim for 3 months. Then they refused all my claims for 3 trips, the day immediately after 1 trip was cancelled by TransPennine because they had an electricity issue and didn't operate. I had completed the 2 trips long ago and they just ignored me. Don't even try to get cashback from these people
