	6 months 2 escalations I escalated this twice, after 4 months and 6 months and it did eventually pay out but I’m not sure how long it would have taken without me pushing TopCashback customer service to chase payout.

	Didn't Track No Cashback The transaction did not track despite fulfilling all the requirements. No cashback showing months later, waiting for Top cashback to chase it up. Feel cheated.

	Delayed account switch, no welcome bonus received You only have 45 days to complete all its requirements in order to get the bonus. But they delayed the account switch, refused to extend the qualifying period. Poor banking services offer nothing more than displaying your money as numbers.

	Instantaneous Cashback Responded to a TopCashback First Direct emailed offer and the cashback appeared in my account the moment the account was opened. Just wish cashback from Topcashback's own comparisons came back half as quick, over 2 weeks and not even even pending.

	Perfectly easy set up a first direct account through topcashback and recieved the £35 within 1 week. It says to install an app so just open topcashback website on your phone and set up from there to recieve the bonus.
