Didn't track properly and Topcashback have done nothing after a month of reporting the issue.

If Field and Trek have an item in stock they seem to be OK. However I have tried ordering items that are shown in stock and haven't arrived. This is apparently because there is always a delay in them keeping their stock info up to date. The real problem is that they do not inform you and it isn't possible to tell by looking at your account with F and T. To compound the problem there is no direct email support (only via the webpage, which they don't seem to reply to) and no phone support. I visited my local F and T shop to try and get help but they said the web customer support was terrible. This is nothing to do with Topcashback of course, but the customer service is about the worst I've experienced from a well known retailer.

After 2 nudges the full amount was payable 7 months after purchase and 6 months after expected payable date. Thank you TCB for resolving this!

Cash back has been confirmed for a few months, purchased goods in Jan, was meant to be payable end of Feb, now well into June and still not paid out! Delivery of goods were quick but experience let down by poor cash back payout.

Ordered an item with 'Standard Delivery' on the Sunday night of the Jubilee weekend, so Monday & Tuesday were Bank Holidays. It arrived on Wednesday morning! You CANNOT say better than that!

Wrong product delivered. No telephone service to call. Emailed twice & I still have not received an answer after 3 days. Not happy with customer service.
