Still waiting for payment
So after 1yr I'm still chasing TopCashBack for my payment from Fibrely... Multiple knudges and messages and the same response from TopCashBack.. still waiting for the retailer to respond!!!! Surely this can be escalated, so my frustration is with Fibrely but also TopCashBack!! I would never use Fibrely again and once I've my money that was promoted on this site i shall be leaving them.

Not as advertised
Do not give advertised rates, click from tcb takes you to the advertised rate but inflates by +4 after adding your address. Also, 365 days a year call centre as they say is also not true
