I signed up to get my credit score, its great for that but you have to pay if you want to use or see anything else, its still ok just to sign up and get a free £2.50 for doing so. also got paid within 2 weeks

When logged into the Experian Site to set up an account for free trial, I inadvertantly reactivated my partners account that he had used a couple of years ago. I rang Experian straight away to cancel it but they would only refund £10 not the £15.00 that had been deducted from my bank account as a reactivation fee.
