The cash back experience. Was difficult, frost the prospect of, I completed the requirement on opening the account, but after waiting I had to enlist help in following up my account payment request.. this delayed payment.

When logged into the Experian Site to set up an account for free trial, I inadvertantly reactivated my partners account that he had used a couple of years ago. I rang Experian straight away to cancel it but they would only refund £10 not the £15.00 that had been deducted from my bank account as a reactivation fee.

I found it easy to sign up and looked at my score. A monthly subscription is required to view in detail whereas other apps such as Clear score and Credit Karma is free for the similar service. Limiting to services that available elsewhere doesn’t really make popular: Experian. Although, mainstream CRA, it doesn’t really matter to dig if my financial transection are upto date.

signed up to their free trial. they took payment as soon as credit card details were entered even though it specifically states there will be no payment for 30days. Im currenty fighting for a refund
