For the first time, cashback didn't track. Put a claim in and got it back after about a month. The second time, tracked very quickly. All still in pending after a month. Hopefully will all be paid.

Just to point out that expedia.co.uk is different from expedia.com, unlike some merchants. If you book through .com then you have to phone the USA if you need to sort anything out. I speak from experience! .com customer service I have found to be polite but, useless. No wonder you can find plenty of blogs complaining about .com.

Slow tracking so had to log a call. This was very slow as well. However if the cashback does arrive the hotels will have been a lot cheaper than other websites.

Cashback seems to have tracked okay. As for Expedia, they're a good site to use - just watch out for their upselling (particularly insurance) and ever-changing flight prices.

Great retailer - easy to book, amend and make cancellations where necessary. Have earnt great cashback on hotel bookings (and even earned Nectar points on top of this). Have had mixed experiences with cashback, some I have had to request tracking but TCB sorted, have received my first payment from them - just waiting on the rest now but I trust I will receive it soon. Average cashback time looks to be around 45days.

Booked 2 hotels within a few days via top cash back website. The first discount went to pending status almost immediately. However the second one still has not appeared. Sent a query a few weeks ago,but no response so far.

Gave it about a month the had to submit a missing cashback claim , only took about a week or so after that for expedia to confirm amount due. will see how long it takes for payment to become due?
