Checked all rates for car hire - not only was via expedia the cheapest (with or without CB), the CB was credited automatically and without chasing

I had to chase the cash back as it had not registered. Top cash back looked into this and it was resolved quickly.Now I just hope I get the cash back.

My only experience with Expedia customer service has unfortunately always been shocking. And if it wasn't due to competitive prices I would definitely not use Expedia again.

Has literally not tracked the past 8 items, had to put a claim in for every one. Ebay, Groupon etc all track with no problems so this is an Expedia problem.

The options available for the hotel which I booked did not include their full range which led to a problem when I arrived there. On future occasions I may use this company, but only if I unable to book with others.
