	Have bought from Euro Office a few times now and the cash back has always tracked and been paid on the expected due date or before. Note this time though. I purchased a more expensive item and now I am still waiting for cashback to be paid. Seems to me they are quick to pay out smaller cashback claims but now so good on the larger amounts..

	Tbc have been brillian, Euroffice have been poop. over £900 pounds in two order, over £100 cashback, both failed to track, and in both cases the retailer has ignored the claim. Smaller orders, made before and after these two have tracked and been paid, very disappointed with this company.

	We have bought from this company before and are happy with the overall service. The cashback was tracked quickly, however, it has still to be confirmed and paid - a very slow process. Could do better!

	Have used Euroffice about a dozen times via TCB, last claim was refused! No explanation. Whilst I rate them as a supplier, despite the fact every item always comes with a different courier (Even when ordered together) I will not be using again. I always think it's a little silly to upset converted customers.

	Hi I have to agree with other people the first couple of small orders placed with euroffice tracked and were paid out promptly on time.Since then all of my orders have been declined by the company.No reason available and the same types of items ordered.Very frustrating.

	Transaction didn't track at all. Manual claim open for months, then declined with no reason given despite all order details and cookie information being given in manual claim submission. Extremely dissatisfied. Have asked TopCashback to resubmit again and endeavour to obtain cashback or an actual reason for declining, otherwise will have to conclude that retailer is dishonourable and will not use again.

	Declines cashback all the time I honestly don't know why these are on this site. I was a customer of Euroffice before I joined Topcashback and was quite happy to see i would get something back. Everytime I order it flags up that they have declined my cashback. I won't order from them again, and i'll use another stationery supplier for my work. Fed up of chasing them.

	Very unhappy with this merchant. It was a straightforward transaction and it was declined. Very unhappy at the service and very disappointed with the lack of communication. I would give them a miss.
