When my order arrived, all I got was the invoice and a catalogue, which had to be signed for! On phoning, I was told it was classed as a short order and the full order would be re-sent. I requested a delay in sending it as there would be no-one available to sign for it for the next 2 days. I was assured that this could be done and the item would be delivered on the Monday. It arrived the next day while we were away! Fortunately a neighbour agreed to accept it and sign for it. Very rapid service but careless.
