Good company I have used them for years now, tracks quick and pays too. I think sometimes the packaging of goods could be better but any damaged items they are quick in replacing them.

Have had no problems at all with this merchant. The only reason they didn't get five starts for customer service is that the price matching process is not very user friendly.

Good service, good prices. Had to get TCB to submit ticket for reciept of cashback on purchases, even though my first order with Euroffice tracked automatically.

Euroffice are a supplier we use on at least a monthly babis, they are fast with deliveries and normally have most things in stock and if you do have top wait its not normally more than a day or two at most. They have plenty of offers for freebies, but be careful to make sure you read all the small print as I recently ordered over 250.00 worth of goods for our office which entitled me to M&S vouchers which never arrived so when I questionned them they said some of the items were excluded form the vouchers so got nothing, just read the small print as I couldn't see it and you can't argue later as you can't see what was on offer at the time of placing your order.

Have been using Euroffice for a long time and all has been great. Unfortunately cashback is not coming through and I have cashback as far back as July. I will hold off ordering until I see my money just in case there is an issue with funding.
