Hi,
Mixed.
I signed up for the dual fuel package. Initially thought the cash back was great but then noticed that I am now only going to receive £30 - whereas it states that this should be £55 for dual fuel applications.

EON were painfully slow and not particulalrly helpful. Eventually received the cash back but it was hard work. Could just have been a one off problem.
