took a few week`s before payment was allowed however it did appear immediately on my account,fast tracking with no problem`s, just a pain having to wait for the fund`s to be released.shame this could`nt be said for the company making a pig`s ear of the insurance they offered,only sent out an engineer to service the boiler once it had broken down and after several phone call`s to complain,engineer should of been out within 28 day`s of taking out the insurance, but they did sort the boiler as it was there fault nobody had contacted me to start the insurance policy (as the bioler should be inspected first before insurance is offered).however it did take 3 day`s of waiting without hot water to get it sorted but thankfully it did`nt cost us a penny just a shame thing`s were`nt done properly in the first place,,,

Astonishing! Made application late last night and, voila, £45 is added to my TCB a-c less than 12 hours later. Surely it can't get any better than this.It would be an understatement to record that I am greatly impressed.
