Been trying to access a quote for 2 or 3 days, with a view to changing supplier, but says, quote: We're Sorry Our Quote & Switch service is currently unavailable. A telephone number's given instead. New customers using this site wouldn't get the cashback though-would they....??

Have been trying to sign up to EON through this site for almost two weeks but everytime I get to the end of the details section they put up a message saying they are experiencing an error and are trying to resolve it please phone to change - are they trying to avoid paying the cashback?
