Tracked at £30 and did not uplift to £55 even when payable. Have now submitted a claim so will have to wait and see. Seems to be a bit hit and miss who gets the full amount.

Tried to swithch supplier to E.ON using the TCB link to their site and input my last annual gas and electricity usage together with my house number and postcode as requested ----- E.ON DOESN'T RECOGNISE MY ADDRESS!!!!! It's only been here for seventy years! Rang their customer services and asked them to update their list but they couldn't say when that would be done and seemed more interested in making a sale whilst I was on the phone - I told them to forget it.

CASHBACK SHOULD BE £55 - HOWEVER ONLY GOT JUST OVER £30.00. SEEMS RATES AS ADVERTISED ARE WRONG. (I HAVE WAITED AND NOW ITS PAYABLE- AND IT NEVER MOVED UP FROM THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT)

I applied at a similar time and it was 'just' £55. As per the trend on here, mine has become payable at £30 so submitted a claim. Whilst it is pretty annoying, I have to say TCB haven't let me down yet (it may take time but they seem to get there in the end).

For those who didn't get the full amount, apparently we have to individually submit a claim for the missing amount only via the usual process (http://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/enquiries/missingcashbackclaims/submit) rather than TCB resolving this for everyone affected in one go. Mine was from 26th June - does anyone know if there were any specials at that time or whether it was just the standard 55 quid?

Really annoyed as the cashback had tracked at £30 instead of the £55 advertised (even tho I am a dual fuel customer) . Has also now become payable at £30! (so no uplift at payment, as some have suggested might happen). This really sucks! Heve raised a claim with tcb. Will see what happens.

Sale tracked within the hour with E.ON & paperwork in 2 days, unlike EDF with whom I transferred the in-laws...still untracked after a week, despite clearing all cookies, not using a comparison site etc etc. No letters from EDF yet either after a week, though they confirmed on phone they have the application.
