Purports to offer a measly £10 for dual fuel but website quote never available - you are advised to telephone an 0800 number - so no cashback!!!
Exactly the same happens on another casback site E.On is cheating the system.

top people ,customer service five star. scottish power made a balls up with the switch sending out 3 bills for power i had not used but e-on sorted it out dealing with then rather than me and after two weeks phoned me and told me the outcome i was not even aware they were working on it on my behalf ,they had noticed that the meter reading did not match and had themselfs contacted scottish power. great stuff

Eon currently seems to be offering by far the best rate for a dual fuel switch in the Midlands and IF the cashback of £55 goes through I will be saving about £280 this year and Im not a big user. It was the cashback that probably gave me the incentive to commit at this point, the icing on the cake after checking every comparison website.

Signed up on 27 July 2010, cashback of £55 tracked within a few days, confirmed shortly thereafter and became payable on 01 October - so in total just over 2 months from initial sign-up. Overall no problems and no complaints with cashback or eon so far.

A reasonable amount or time waited for the cashback to become available for payment. Unable to comment on the Merchant's Customer service, Quality of the Product received as we are new customers to this energy provider - too early to comment. We would have to leave this energy provider to be able to earn cashback again, so again unable to comment.

I can't believe more people have not signed up for these fantastic offers! I do most of my shopping online now as there is more incentive to save as well as shop! I am saving nearly £300 each year by just swapping to E.ON ~ you can't beat it!

Further to my previous comments, I contacted E-ON regarding the missing cashback and spoke with a very helpful person. Apparently E-ON pass X amount of money each month to the agents of TCB for distribution to the likes of us so it seems a little strange when TCB say the problerms are down to the retailer
