Cashback declined for no reason. I followed all the steps, paid for rental upfront, didn't use any other promotional code and yet still declined. Don't use.

Cashback tracked at £0.00, then declined = a waste of time.
I've used Enterprise a couple of times with great customer service and one of the few companies I could find with unlimited mileage.
Not impressed that they obviously don't want to pay out on cash back; there have clearly been ongoing problems with this merchant and this, to me, ruins Topcashback's reputation. This is not the only company refusing to pay out, I am waiting for confirmed cash back from 2012 from a couple of companies, which I'm certain have no intentions of paying out.
Why waste your time going through Topcashback in the first place...?!?

Booked a car for a week, turned up on time dropped car back on time. Nothing unusual until 2 months after when my cashback was declined with no reason. If they are only the cheapest because of the cashback you're going to be disappointed

I made a booking followed all the rules and was due £4 cashback. No cashback was ever paid out by this merchant. Looking at the other reviews seams like nobody gets cashback, I hate being scammed!!

Do Not Honour their cashback,very disappointed even after raising claim.They say no proof of transaction online!!!Funny that as you complete transaction when collecting car/van at their depot,as website is only to reserve.

first time ever declined ,usually items dont track but declined? .Judging by other comments dont expect cashback ,so small anyhow. the only saving grace is cheap rentals almost half the price compared to others

I can confirm that, like most of the other experiences on here, that Enterprise Car Hire do not pay out the cashback due on purchases through Topcashback. Topcashback are colluding with Enterprise to lure unsuspecting customers into using them which generates revenue for Topcashback but is of no benefit to customers making the purchase.
Having said that though Enterprise Car Hire can offer some very cheap rates especially over the week-ends and they are the only car hire firm I know of that will pick you up for free and drop you back, expect to pay £10-£15 to other hire firms to deliver/collect your hire vehicle.
To find the best car hire rates try the comparison websites such as Kayak, auto-Europe, comparecarhire and travel supermarket - you can often find a bargain on these sites. There's a few others too.

Cashback tracked and then declined. In common with many other people on here. It's only 1% and Enterprise are good value and I use them a lot. But there doesn't seem to be any point in trying to get cashback. It was only about 75p anyway.
