Disappointed with the cashback from Emirates. Spent over £700 on flights and chashback rate was 1.33% but only received £1.44. As they take off 'airline fees', 'tax' and any other charges first. Apparently only £110 of the total for two flights qualified for cashback.

Great airline but extremely disappointed with the time taken for cashback to become payable. Flights booked October 14, Flights taken November 14. Now it is April 15 and still not payable.

Emirates is an excellent airline to fly with - great flight and quality service. Cashback tracked on the 15th Jan and not yet confirmed. Not a huge amount of cashback paid as its only paid on the flights, not the total amount including taxes, just for formality they will advice the cashback but they not mention any range of amount for cash. Example: if you purchase the £400 worth of flight ticket only the cashback will be £1. Is't worth.

Emirates are rip off merchants, flown with thme numerous times, cashbacks never track then claims always declined. TCB should think about stopping affiliation with them.

I have had 4 claims tracked but then rejected after 6-9 months of waiting. I suspect that if you use 'Emirates Business Rewards' portal [which is difficult and badly designed at the best of times], then Emirates count this as an alternative marketing channel and therefore don't honour any cashback. Even though Emirates Business Rewards is their own system. The purchases did track so not a problem here.
Am pretty annoyed, but not TCB issue & they handled it well.

Booked in August 2013 for £2600+ worth of flights. Didn't track when booked so I raised a claim with TCB. 8 months on, nothing from Emirates yet. Not holding out much hope.

Cashback not tracked. Had to place a claim and wait for it. Eventually they paid. Not too happy, since I've selected merchant because of the cashback (otherwise there were some other providers).
Also, Emirates service is awfull, we had to wait 2-3 hours before they serve something to drink. This was the case in both our flights. Last time travelled with Oman air and the service is fantastic (they serve drinks even before the flight reach top height). Sri Lankan airlines are also great with their nice food and services. This is the worse airline I’ve travelled. Wonder how they got such a good ratings with such a bad services.

Tracked quickly but beware - they only pay cashback on the fare not the taxes so on a £500 fare the cashback is minimal after taxes. There are other sites which are much better and pay on the whole amount. Will use them next time instead.

For some unknown reason Emirates has declined my cash back request. It has been pending since October last year, and I am due to fly on this trip on Wednesday! They gave no reason for declining it, and cash back was one of the reasons I booked with them, as I had booked a similar flight before without problems! Very disappointed Emirates.

2 Cashbacks rejected by Emirates despite initally tracking at the correct amount. TCB fought my corner but Emirates kept playing hardball. Only Emirates came out winning (tickets for >£1000). Please do not use - save yourself the hassle.
