	Tracked quickly but beware - they only pay cashback on the fare not the taxes so on a £500 fare the cashback is minimal after taxes. There are other sites which are much better and pay on the whole amount. Will use them next time instead.

	2 Cashbacks rejected by Emirates despite initally tracking at the correct amount. TCB fought my corner but Emirates kept playing hardball. Only Emirates came out winning (tickets for >£1000). Please do not use - save yourself the hassle.

	Cashback simply never tracks. Claim submitted, but denied four months later. Two work colleagues have had cashback problems as well, so I'm not surprised it didn't work. I wont bother booking direct in future, and I suggest you also find alternative more reliable methods.

	Didn't track. Submitted an enquiry and waited patiently - with a few nudges - and 8 months later I find out that it apparently tracked to 'another party', which judging from recent comments has been happening fairly frequently. I love Emirates' service & will probably continue to fly with them but be warned if you try to use them via topcashback as you may not get anything!!

	worst tracked less than half of the amount promised,even after missing cash back claim not even got any response.possibly top cashback keeps the 75 % of the amount

	Rubbish - avoided paying cash back on two transactions Booked flights to Australia and Singapore for the family and both transactions didn’t track, then when chased, were declined. I use TopCashback a lot so understand what can and can’t be classed as a transaction. Don’t bank on getting cash back for large transactions, I genuinely think they didn’t want to pay out on the large transaction. When chased even though I gave full details including my flight info Emirates came back and said they couldn’t trace the transaction, felt like an excuse…

	Avoid Have booked 3 trips with Emirates, all declined cashback after eaiting 2 years. Don't hold your breath

	Useless. Booked through the topcashback link, immediately and without closing my browser, yet they have declined payment either because they can't find my booking or can't verify it was through topcashback. There's not much else you can do!

	Claim didn't track. Don't believe topcashback were at fault! Booked a flight with Emirates through topcashback but didn't receive the cash back. Raised a claim through topcashback but they didn't receive any reply from Emirates. Eventually I received a small good will/fair play payout from topcashback which was good :-)

	Wrong Amount paid - months trying to sort out Purchase made in January, with £22.40 cashback due. The purchase did not track so claim made. However, only £8.30 was paid. After several months chasing for the correct amount and several requests for the same information, TopCashback agreed to pay the outstanding cahback.

	It was worth a shot..... Didn't loose anything by booking with tbc, one year on still waiting. Tbc and Emirates should cancel any arrangement they have (if they actually have an arrangement). Flights were great and alot cheaper than alternatives

	Still waiting after 9 months Used Emirates for a long haul trip last year and spent close to £4000. Cashback tacked but it is still pending. And TCB have been unable to resolve this for nearly 9 months. While the airline service is great, I will not consider booking them on the basis of cashback. Very disappointed

	Poor airlines. Service has been reduced dramatically. Food is horrible now. Cashback tracked, confirmed and 15 weeks later, still not paid.

	Booked flights directly with Emirates in May this year to fly out in July. Tracked but never paid out. I have an open case with TCB since August but there is no progress. All I get is the standard response that we have submitted to the network/retailer. Do not consider cashback when you're booking with Emirates

	5 separate flights over the course of 2 years and none tracked. Filed a missing cashback claim but waiting to hear from Emirates for over a year.

	I have tried to get cashback with 3 different bookings with emirates now and all 3 times my cashback wasn’t tracked. I brought this up with top cashback and I am still waiting for a response from Emirates and it’s nearly been a year of waiting!! Don’t rely on this cashback to come true!

	18 months after our return flight and despite numerous emails and nudges no sign of any cash back. Certainly won’t recommend Emirates or Top Cashback to anyone. Neither appear bothered trying to resolve the matter, avoid both at all costs

	Failed to track. Case raised. 6 weeks after travel case closed with "Order has been cancelled / returned”. EK flight was problem free - don't remember it being cancelled!

	For a 500gbp flight it only counts in 140gbp as the purchase amount. The estimated payable time is 8 weeks but it has been pending ever since even though it's stated confirmed in the earning list.
