I have tried to get cashback with 3 different bookings with emirates now and all 3 times my cashback wasn’t tracked. I brought this up with top cashback and I am still waiting for a response from Emirates and it’s nearly been a year of waiting!! Don’t rely on this cashback to come true!

18 months after our return flight and despite numerous emails and nudges no sign of any cash back. Certainly won’t recommend Emirates or Top Cashback to anyone. Neither appear bothered trying to resolve the matter, avoid both at all costs

Confused! I spent £3,084.40 on 4 return flights to Thailand with an advertised cashback rate of 1.25%. Only £20.20 cashback was paid on a declared spend of £1,616. So what about the other £1,468? I don't believe this is all taxes! Expected much more cashback on this purchase than received so disappointed. Having said that, the cashback was paid VERY quickly.

Failed to track. Case raised. 6 weeks after travel case closed with "Order has been cancelled / returned”. EK flight was problem free - don't remember it being cancelled!

For a 500gbp flight it only counts in 140gbp as the purchase amount. The estimated payable time is 8 weeks but it has been pending ever since even though it's stated confirmed in the earning list.
