Cashback simply never tracks. Claim submitted, but denied four months later. Two work colleagues have had cashback problems as well, so I'm not surprised it didn't work. I wont bother booking direct in future, and I suggest you also find alternative more reliable methods.

Cashback tracked at around half the expected amount and received this half promptly. However the other half is proving difficult to get! Claim was submitted by topcashback on my behalf but after several weeks still no word from Emirates.

Be warned - cashback may not track!! First tried a few years ago - did not track & topcashback were unable to claim it back as apparently "it had been tracked to another merchant".
Thought I would try again last week, still not tracked, have just submitted a claim to topcashback - hopefully I will get my cashback this time!!
Tip:next time go through Opodo - they have decent %cashback and usually the lowest prices and in my experience ALWAYS track...

I booked tickets to the value of almost £2,900, but cashback was rejected about ten months after booking, five months after travel. It's a low enough cashback rate, and very disappointing that they refuse to honour it.

Emirates took almost 6 months to complete cashback. Originally they did not pay the full amount and had to be chased up for the balance.

Nice rate of cashback for an airline. Website easy to use; I was able to book my multi-city trip in one go, in a few steps. Tracked a couple of days after the transaction - will have to see how quickly it moves to payable.
Note that you earn based on the fare component only - not the taxes.

Months of nudges and comments and nothing materialised. The airline is superb I fly them a lot but cashback forget it. They should be taken off the site as its bad for topcashback. I use this site without problems on most purchases but Airlines are always a problem. Don't do cashback deals for them.

Emirates is a superb airline. Have used them for a few years and only one had a negative feedback. They have a good rewards scheme themselves if you do many trips to the Middle East.

Didn't track. Submitted an enquiry and waited patiently - with a few nudges - and 8 months later I find out that it apparently tracked to 'another party', which judging from recent comments has been happening fairly frequently. I love Emirates' service & will probably continue to fly with them but be warned if you try to use them via topcashback as you may not get anything!!

I purchased some flights with Emirates on 30/01/10 which failed to track so I submitted a claim to Topcashback a month later with a couple of nudges every couple of months. I am glad to say that the cashback amount has now been settled and payable after 23 weeks and 3 days!
