Cashback did not track and has only become payable 9 months after booking,after a series of nudges and the assistance of the TCB team, to whom I am very grateful.
Emirates customer service centre was dreadful (and sadly I had several dealings with them) with a general lack of competence and failure to return calls or do what they promised. Once at the airport however Emirates were very good. Flights on time; check-in staff excellent; food good; plane toilets always clean and flight comfortable.

Poor Stuff. £2,500 worth of flights booked September 08. Cashback still has not tracked despite best efforts of TCB team. Two months since I returned from holiday. Not impressed with this or several other aspects of Emirates's admin. The flights were on time though.

Having flown with Emirates i can say they are well worth the money. The website is easy to use and well presented. Just wish i could afford to go on holiday!!! having just crashed the car i can't afford anything like the holidays they are offering!
