Terrible flowers and "customer service" the same. Dont use them ! Ordered 50 red roses from this lot for my wife. Had them delivered to her work. When they arrived half were well passed their best. By three days after the delivery, I came home to find my wife had binned them all as by this time they were all dead. Contacted customer service who simple asked for a picture, to which I asked them if they wanted the picture taken on them in the bin? They then said that they were not preparred to do anything. Dont use this company, their flowers are terrible and their customer service is worse!

I will never know as I have asked for a full refund. The flowers delivered were nothing like those shown on their site. Appalling.

After ordering flowers for a funeral on next day delivery the flowers did not arrive and after phoning customer service was told could take 2 days what is the point of sending flowers to a funeral the day after the funeral . They said that if I had clicked on funeral flowers instead of sympathy flowers I would have been taken to a separate website . HOW AM U SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIs DIDNT KNOW I WAS PSYCIC . Do not use this compant . Wish I had read the reviews before I’d ordered .

Sorry - but cannot recommend these Guys. cash back may be OK but you'll be wasting the rest of your money. Am currently contacting my Visa card supplier to get a refund under Section 75 - goods not of merchantable quality

I would rate 0*. Took my order for a mothers day delivery without any issues. Took them until gone 6pm tonight to make any effort to tell me they were not going to deliver at all. A pathetic excuse for a company and not to be trusted for any time specific deliveries (if any at all)

Ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday (which was a Tuesday). Was offered Monday or Tuesday delivery - went with Tuesday as I knew she would be in. The flowers arrived on Wednesday with no apology. When I contacted them they said they would knock a fiver off my bill. Oh, and I haven't seen any cashback either. Just so you know.

Very disappointed and I would advise you not to expect your cashback. Despite having used them several times before, my cashback didn't track and I filled out a claim in August. Finally heard from TopCashback today that I won't get my cashback and that they will pay half themselves to make up for my wait. To top it off I was very disappointed by the quality of the flowers. Caveat emptor!

Bought flowers from eFlorist in November 2011. No cashback has been shown as tracked. Top Cashback say they are awaiting a response from them. I'm still waiting 3 months later. Very disappointed in eFlorist and wont bother with them again.

Bad experience with eflorist - ordered a bunch of flowers online for Mother's day - big pot, loads of hyacinths. It turned up in the morning as requested - small pot, very few flowers, no hyacinths at all. I had to check to make sure that it was actually my order! Apparently eflorist only give minimal descriptions of the order to the local agents, so there's no guarantee that you'll end up with anything like your order. No choice but to send them back, which ruined that Mother's Day. To give them some credit, the helpline which was open on Sunday agreed to a refund without questions (although took a while to get through - lots of complaints that day???). I'm never using them again.

I have used eflorist 6 times over the last year. The quality of the flowers has always been excellent. All deliveries arrived on time. I have received all the cashback expected. Twice it didn't track but after querying it, I did receive the cashback. I would use eflorist again.

Ordered flowers on behalf of my Mother, to go to her recently widowed friend and they didn't arrive. No warning or explanation given by eFlorist. Bitterly disappointed and awaiting their explanation and a full refund, hopefully.

I have used eflorist very happily for several orders so recommended them to my son for sending flowers to both his grandmothers last week, having already placed my order. I was disappointed to learn that the flowers he ordered for my mother were not delivered to her at all and that the flowers I ordered for my mother in law (ordered a week in advance of her birthday) were not delivered until late on the day following her birthday and were not in good condition. Perhaps this was because the delivery was through the Royal Mail and the roses had obviously been kept too long in a box. I will not be ordering flowers using postal deliveries from this site again.
