Sent dead flowers some wrong flowers and the delivery driver threw them over the back garden fence and damaged the card. The driver didnt even knock on the door. The images were sent to Eflorist. They ignored everything and said the flower substitutions were within the guidlines of the policy. That policy appears to be to replace them with dead flowers and they think this is acceptable

Avoid. There's a reason why the cashback is so high, the quality is poor and Customer service even worse..... Topcb should not have such merchants...Flowers were half dead, very disappointing given they were a surprise bday present.. My friend, recipient, phoned and complained and uploaded pics. Customer Services told her that I need to put in a complaint, so my friend told me. I complained and was asked to provide them with pics, even though my friend had already done so. I asked for Customer Services Manager email but they ignored me. It took 3 days of both me and my friend emailing to get a refund but my friend was left with dead flowers. Hopeless. I was also told by my friend that the previous flowers are sent were similar... I checked cashback and they even declined my previous purchase, even though they were paid and received and nobody complained.... Avoid. Otherwise the recipient might be disappointed if you sent flowers for valentine or mothers day and might feel reluctant to complain.

Cashback declined. From other feedback it seems to be a company policy not to pay most transactions. eflorist and their sister company Teleflorist shouldn't be promoted by TopCashback due to their cynical abuse of their customers. Avoid

terrible service, flowers looked like a bunch of weeds, ordered the super deluxe and could've got better out of the garden, emailed but they said they would bloom, i threw them away. and just to top it all they then denied my cashback. avoid!

Rubbish. Cashback declined for no reason on Mother's Day flowers. Terrible customer service too - they 'ran out' of the bouquet I ordered (despite it being available at the time of ordering) and instead of calling me they just sent a completely different bouquet and informed me by email.

Terrible company, paid £35 for mothers day flowers, was really dissapointed with the very small bunch of flowers i received and to top it off they have declined my cash back, rubbish company, wont be wasting my money of a selfish company like this again who have no after sales ability

Ordered a bouquet for my wife was delivered and OMG it was so small. i paid for the large too god knows how small the standard is. very very dissapointed. Will never use again, could have got one from ALDI FOR £2 WHICH WOULD BE BETTER THAN THE ONE I GOT

They literally scam their customers, they will send dead rotten flowers and then refuse a refund, breaking the law in the process, they have already been reported to trading standard for a full investigation into their illegal practises

Just received the luxury bouquet from Eflorist which were a present for my wife's anniversary. The website were quoting the price of £42.99 for these flowers but there was an offer to reduce this. What turned up were 9 roses and 4 Lilly stems, far from a luxury bouquet . So embarrassed with the size of the bouquet i went to a local florist to buy a bouquet which was twice the size and cost less, Having shown the florist a picture of what i received they would have charged me 50% less and having looked in Sainsbury's i could of got a bigger bouquet for £15. I complained to Eflorist and was told that when the lilies bloomed the bouquet would look bigger. I shall not be returning to eflorist to purchase flowers again and i would advise others to think twice before purchasing from this website. I will also point out that the flowers were just left outside our house without a delivery card. They also couldnt stretch to supplying any plant food with the bouquet. I wished i had read reviews also on anther website (reviews.co.uk) Nearly a 1000 reviews and eflorist only get 1.17 stars out of 5. Only 3% recommend Eflorist.

Flowers were dead on arrival and 5 days late after giving them 8 days notice to send. Missed the special 70th birthday. They gave me back delivery cost but the flowers were shocking.
