Declined to pay out
This retailer declined by payout for a set of flowers and extra bits.
With regards to the flowers, a few were dead on arrival, about a third did not bloom properly and I found them quite poor quality to be truthful. I'm not one for moaning online or leaving bad reviews but felt with the poor quality POSEY and refusal of cashback, this is deserved.

The cash back doesn't track and flowers are left outside over night
If you are reading reviews prior to using, then save yourself time and embarrassment and use any other firm! I have a company supplier who has been ill and I sent flowers to a commercial address, they deliver after normal office hours 5.00PM and just leave outside for the evening. I dread to think the state they will be in tomorrow. I'm too embarrassed to ask.

I was very disappointed with the size of the bouquet when it arrived, certainly not worth the amount that I paid.

Rubbish all round...
The quality of flowers was poor, the delivery was expensive and 24 hours late, TCB tracked £11 lower than actual cost and cashback was declined in any case. I'll stick to local florists in future.

Very poor
I order delivery for Mum's birthday only to get an email on the day saying they couldn't find a florist to deliver, could I accept one couriered that would arrive a day late?
I actually just Googled florists near my mother's home and was able to find one who could do a same day delivery. She also gave a far bigger bouquet for less money, so I learned my lesson - I'll just find a local independent florist next time. Certainly wouldn't be using them again after being let down at the last moment.
