Have used for several years and until 2018, would always rate very good. However, I have had two claims declined this year, and on one occasion the flowers delivered did not match the advertsied display (even allowing for minor substitutions which are sometimes necessary). eFlorist asked for images which I sent (should have been the WOW product) yet still declined to refund or acknowledge issues. I am now considering switching my business elsewhere.

I spent hours comparing different sites and bouquets. I chose the vintage bouquet eflorist offered as it was really unusual- did not contain 'bulking' flowers- carnations and daisies which I hate, and delivery was available on Mother's Day- both of these factors were deciding factors for me- the essentials of the order. It was a lot more expensive - £10 more than the others I looked, but it was so unusal I decided it was worth it as long as my mum would get them on the day. Infuriatingly a scruffy bunch of pink flowers- mainly carnations and daisies were deliver to my home on the Saturday before Mothers day. They were wrapped in scruffy plastic, not the cute gift bag they were supposed to be in. I could have cried with disappointment and fury. I emailed my complaints on the Monday and was just told there are season variations especially at busy times. My advice is definately to go to a local shop and pick your own flowers- cheaper, and you'll get what you bought- not something vastly inferior.

Declined to pay out
This retailer declined by payout for a set of flowers and extra bits. With regards to the flowers, a few were dead on arrival, about a third did not bloom properly and I found them quite poor quality to be truthful. I'm not one for moaning online or leaving bad reviews but felt with the poor quality POSEY and refusal of cashback, this is deserved.

Tiny Bouquet and Declined Cashback
I was very disappointed with the size of the bouquet when it arrived, certainly not worth the amount that I paid. They declined the cashback for no apparent reason.

Rubbish all round...
The quality of flowers was poor, the delivery was expensive and 24 hours late, TCB tracked £11 lower than actual cost and cashback was declined in any case. I'll stick to local florists in future.

Very poor
I order delivery for Mum's birthday only to get an email on the day saying they couldn't find a florist to deliver, could I accept one couriered that would arrive a day late? I actually just Googled florists near my mother's home and was able to find one who could do a same day delivery. She also gave a far bigger bouquet for less money, so I learned my lesson - I'll just find a local independent florist next time. Certainly wouldn't be using them again after being let down at the last moment.

absolutely gutted with them. Bought flowers for mothers day. specified to be delivered on sunday, on actual mothers day. They delivered, on SATURDAY morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Completely ruined the surprised!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wouldnt recommend eflorist at all, quality of flowers is zero! Not worth a penny. Contacted the CEO and obtained a full refund. They were a gift for a friend who was unwell and I was embarassed at the state of a so called £30 bouquet!!

Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £30 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor and mostly dead within a day, quite embarrassing as this was a gift. All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response

Worst experience ever! Flowers arrived broken, lillies with no head. Greenery was grass (wouldn't put it in the compost bin), Holes and missing petals in flowers, terrible customer service, no satisfaction, delivery arrived 2 days late
